Shipping & Returns
Your order will be processed & shipped within 5-7 BUSINESS days from the date of purchase/payment (In-Stock items ship within 2-3 BUSINESS days). Business days are Monday through Friday and DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
WE SHIP TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and entered properly at the time of order. We apologize in advance but we are not able to accept address changes after the point of purchase and are not responsible for the lost packages as a result of incorrect shipping addresses.
All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Upgrading your shipping will expedite shipping ONLY, and does NOT mean your order will be processed sooner than the ship by date.
Please remember that INTERNATIONAL orders can take anywhere from 7-30 business days to receive. Orders to Australia are shipped via Priority Mail International Service as per Australia mailing restrictions and conditions. The customer is responsible for any customs fees charged by their country. We have no control over this, nor do we know the amount you will be charged. We will not mark the item as gift, and we are responsible for transferring the invoice amount to the customs declaration form.
What if my order is undeliverable?
If USPS is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The sender is responsible for any return & re-shipping fees charged by USPS to redeliver the package. We do not require signatures for most deliveries.
Will the items in my order ship together or separately?
All items in the order will ship together in one shipment.
Where are you shipping from?
We ship from our studio in San Antonio, Texas.
If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase from Scrapheart, please let us know and we will be more than happy to work with you to make things right.
**Please Note** - We are not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as:
1) Errors in the shipping address provided;
2) Errors in spelling on your custom order.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
